driver coaching

BUILT TO COMPETE. DRIVEN TO DEVELOP.

Nick offers fully customizable coaching at the track and remotely for drivers at every level, from first-time HPDE participants to drivers competing for championships. Support is tailored to each driver’s experience and goals, whether they’re preparing for an event, learning a new car, or looking for ongoing driver development and guidance.

His approach is built around helping drivers understand not only what to change, but why. Through data and video analysis, clear feedback, and structured debriefs, Nick helps drivers refine their technique, improve consistency, and make better decisions on track. Coaching can also include racecraft, strategy, track-specific preparation, and remote sim sessions.

Beyond driver coaching, Nick provides support for car shakedowns and setup development. Driving a client’s car allows him to provide benchmark laps, reference data, and firsthand handling feedback, helping drivers and teams evaluate both driving technique and car performance.

Nick works across open-wheel, prototype, and sports car racing, including Formula Ford/F1600, Formula 4, Formula 3, USF Juniors, USF2000, USF Pro, Radical and Revolution prototypes, and GT3 and GT4 cars. Support is also available for other racing and track-day vehicles, with karting coaching available on request.
